Therapy usually occurs weekly or bi-weekly, and sessions last about 50 minutes.

We will discuss your history, goals, and reasons for coming to therapy. You will complete the initial intake paperwork and we will begin to explore how I can help you.

I use evidence-based interventions when working with clients. Evidence based means I use approaches and modalities that have been found to be helpful for most people facing problems similar to yours.
Some of my approaches include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-CBT, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
