    Talking about the things that make life complicated, sorting out their impact, and how they get in the way of what it is you want/desire.

    Therapy usually occurs weekly or bi-weekly, and sessions last about 50 minutes.

  • We will discuss your history, goals, and reasons for coming to therapy. You will complete the initial intake paperwork and we will begin to explore how I can help you.

  • I use evidence-based interventions when working with clients. Evidence based means I use approaches and modalities that have been found to be helpful for most people facing problems similar to yours.

    Some of my approaches include:

    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-CBT, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.

  • Authentic connection is essential to create the healing that occurs in therapy. For this reason, it is imperative I bring you my authentic self as a therapist. I promise to make therapy about you while also being a real human being.

  • Yes, I am in network with Aetna, Cigna and UHC. My self pay rate is $120 a session.
