Hello there, I am Rachel (she/her/hers)! I am thrilled you are here and I am grateful to work with you as you walk toward a deeper sense of self and well-being. I am a therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults who are hesitant to try therapy because talking about feelings with strangers is brand new or uncomfortable to you.

Many of us grew up not thinking much about how we felt emotionally.

We weren’t taught language around mental health and “therapy” was for other people. 

We only knew a handful of words to describe our feelings.

We certainly never knew our physical experience is related to our emotional one, and vice versa.
